    【 JOB TITLE 】ASSOCIATE-CDD

    【 JOB DESCRIPTION 】

     

    1. Write project proposals under the guidance of Project Managers

     

    2. Collect data needed for commercial due diligence projects under the guidance of Project Managers

     

    3. Conduct expert interviews for commercial due diligence reports under the guidance of Project Managers

     

    4. Complete commercial due diligence reports under the guidance of Project Managers

     

    5. Participate in the project briefing and presentation with clients

    【 JOB QUALIFICATIONS 】

     

    1. Bachelor or above-degree holders from domestic and overseas prestigious universities, with 1-2 years of working experience in consulting or investment sectors

     

    2. Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent written and oral English skills

     

    3. Financial expertise, or industrial research experience in sectors like TMT, consumer goods, education, healthcare and advanced manufacturing is preferred

     

    4. Strong interests in investment research, able to think independently and industriously

     

    5. Superior skills in analysis, judgement, logical thinking, communication and a good business sense

     

    6. Strong willingness to take initiative and ownership and demonstrate good team spirit

     

    7. Able to handle challenges and adapt to high work intensity
