【 JOB TITLE 】SENIOR ASSOCIATE-MDD
【 JOB DESCRIPTION 】
1. Able to conduct continued and in-depth research on assigned sectors or target companies and produce reports and deliverables with clear conclusions and solid thesis via secondary research and expert interviews, etc.
2. Assist Project Managers in managing project teams, providing trainings and guidance for juniors and implementing research projects
3. Able to write project proposals independently, under the guidance of Project Managers
【 JOB QUALIFICATIONS 】
1. Bachelor or above-degree holders from domestic and overseas prestigious universities, with 3 years of working experience in consulting or investment sectors
2. Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent English reading skill (able to read business media coverage and financial annual and quarterly reports of public companies), good written English skill
3. Financial expertise is preferred and so is industrial research experience in sectors like TMT, consumer goods, education, healthcare and advanced manufacturing, including but not limited to study on the past experiences, capabilities, working style and personal red flags of the management of the start-ups and publicly listed companies, as well as first-hand research experience on the business logic, core driving forces, significant risks(performance fraud, tunneling from connected transactions and risks of debt, etc.
4. Strong interests in research, able to think independently and industriously
5. Excellent skills in analysis, judgement, logical thinking, communication and a good business sense
6. Strong willingness to take initiative and ownership and demonstrate good team spirit
7. Able to handle challenges and adapt to high work intensity
